2019 Forestry Law Update - Bill 22 roundtable discussion

Please join us to hear Garry Mancell briefly update us on Bill 22 – 2019: Forest Amendment Act, 2019 and guide a roundtable discussion on the topic, with a focus on implications to tenure transactions.

Speaker Bio
A professional forester with several years of operational experience in the forest industry in British Columbia, Garry Mancell's practice is focused on the regulatory and commercial aspects of forestry. His clients include timber tenure owners, log brokers, timber developers, First Nations, communities, trade associations, contractors and consultants. He has experience in timber and business acquisitions, First Nations, joint ventures, fibre supply agreements, regulatory compliance and service agreements related to forestry and logging.
