Synopsis
Private companies face a number of challenges in seeking a listing on a Canadian stock exchange. There have been several examples of lengthy and costly delays in going public transactions and listing applications in recent years. Please join senior representatives of the TSX and TSX-V on April 4, 2019 for an open discussion of these challenges and the best practices and tips for lawyers advising clients on going public transactions.
