ONLINE MEETING: Commentary on Linde v Linde and Munro v. James

Synopsis

Mr. Tristan Miller of Farris LLP will present a case brief of Munro v. James, 2020 BCSC 1348, a decision of Madam Justice Francis which concerns, among many issues, the enforceability of testamentary contracts and the appropriateness of specific performance in the context of Wills.Kimberly Rule will also be presenting on proprietary estoppel, including Linde v Linde, 2019 BCSC 1586, with which she was successful last year.
