This interactive panel will discuss support orders with specific attention on the new legislative amendments. The panel will provide helpful tips which will include a list of “do’s and don’ts” and an exploration of what process to use and when to use it. The panel will examine relevant legislative provisions relating to support orders and how they can be used optimally by practitioners to provide more efficient and cost-effective advocacy for clients.
