This session is a must for real estate lawyers! The Standards for the practice of Real Property Law have been revised and are in effect since July 1, 2021. Although most practitioners adhere to the Standards, some may not be as familiar with them, potentially leading to unfortunate situations ending into claims. 
The panel will address questions on how to effectively practice with the Standards, what changed with the revision, what it is that an inspector will look for in reviewing your practice, and what kind of claims result from negligence.
