This session will focus on why, when, and how to effectively resolve a claim through mediation. Two experienced mediators will give you their perspectives on optimal preparation for mediation, what to include in your briefs, and how they handle conflicting evidence. We will also touch on preparation for settlement conferences and have time for questions and a general discussion afterwards.
