Join Dr. Hilary Young, who has extensive research expertise in the field of Canadian defamation law, and Robyn Trask, who recently appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada in Hansman v Neufeld, 202 SCC 13 (a case that recognized the importance of counter-speech and affirmed of the dignity and equality interests of trans people in Canada), for a topical panel discussion on Canadian legal developments dealing with defamation, counter speech and freedom of expression.
