Often, leaders are labeled as transformational or transactional. Transactional leadership is seen as focused on measurements of success by offering positive and negative enforcement to achieve results while transformational is seen as focused on understanding the needs and leading by motivating and inspiring others. While it may seem like one is more conducive to becoming an inclusive leader, is there more to the story?
