PROGRAM: 

In January 2018, the Local Governance Act, S.N.B. 2017, c. 18 and the Community Planning Act, S.N.B. 2017, c. 19 came into force, respectively replacing the Municipalities Act, R.S.N.B. 1973, c. M-22 and the Community Planning Act, R.S.N.B. 1973, c. C-12.  With this new legislation came new changes regarding enforcement of by-laws enacted by local governments.  This webinar will consist of a brief overview of some of the changes and their impacts on the enforcement process to be followed by local governments.
