We will canvass how things changed during the pandemic, discuss overarching privacy concerns the Commissioner is addressing in Ontario, and explore the Commissioner’s vision for the months and years ahead. This conversation will be insightful for both experienced and new lawyers to better understand both the opportunities and challenges facing regulators during these critical times.
