Doing a great discovery has always been a key to success in litigation. With the “vanishing trial”, it is now more important than ever. This all-day workshop will give you “on your feet” experience doing mock discoveries in a relaxed, small group workshop environment. You will get individual feedback and advice from leading members of the Bar in either a personal injury stream or a commercial stream. Learn how to ask questions clearly, follow through to get the admissions you need, and deal with difficult witnesses and objections by opposing counsel. Register today to improve your discovery skills and your confidence! Registration is limited to 25 participants.

Please indicate your preference for (1) a personal injury stream or (2) a commercial stream. Attendees will be required to review program materials and prepare discovery questions prior to the workshop.
