Have you ever felt like you just don’t really belong in your work environment? Do you doubt your skills, talents or accomplishments as a lawyer on a regular basis? Impostor syndrome is a common phenomenon among many professions. Our panel will focus on how to deal with the ongoing feelings of self-doubt and stress as a young lawyer. Orlando Da Silva and Elizabeth Mountford will provide insight into how to manage positive mental health and wellness during your career and provide best practices on how to overcome some aspects of impostor syndrome, along with some important techniques to incorporate into your every day.
