Louis L'Heureux is an experienced tax litigator with the Department of Justice Canada. He has developed a unique expertise in the area of Crown priority and deemed trusts. He completed a master's degree in taxation in 1999, writing his thesis on the Crown's deemed trusts. Melanie MacKenzie is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal in Toronto.
