Synopsis
Local governments can expropriate in accordance with their broad powers, but non-linear expropriations may be subject to an expropriation inquiry under the Expropriation Act. Have your questions about procedure and purpose of inquiries answered by Alan Hincks, an appointed inquiry officer.
