Good Faith in Construction Contracts Update


In 2014, the Supreme Court of Canada decision in Bhasin v. Hrynew imposed a duty to perform contracts honestly and recognized good faith contractual performance as a general organizing principle of the common law of contract. 
 
In this webinar, a panel of leading senior practitioners and academics will discuss the impact of this new doctrine on construction contracts, assessing the development of the law form a practical and principled perspective.
