Are you a new to construction law or interested in learning more about this dynamic field? Do you want to better understand the lawyer’s role in a construction project vis-à-vis the other professionals who are involved? This webinar will examine the structure of construction projects and the role of lawyers, project owners, financiers, engineers, constructors, subcontractors, suppliers, and insurers. You will learn about various forms of construction contracts, procurement models, and execution strategies.
