Representatives of the Canada Revenue Agency will take the opportunity to present and explain the changes that have been made to the Voluntary Disclosures Program effective October 1, 2025. The changes are intended to make it easier to apply to the program and understand it.

Please note that, as part of the mandatory continuing education required by the Barreau du Québec and the Chambre des notaires du Québec, participants choose the training activities that relate to the practice of their profession and that best meet their needs. An attestation will be issued, but recognition of the provider is no longer required. It is the participant's responsibility to declare his or her training hours; the Barreau du Québec and the Chambre des notaires du Québec reserve the right to remove a training activity from the participant's file if it does not meet the objectives of their respective regulations. FEES ARE PAYABLE UPON REGISTRATION. No participant will be admitted to the course without full payment.
The deadline for changes or cancellations without charge is November 18, 2025. After this date, any change of format from face-to-face to virtual or cancellation will be billed in full. For a change of registration from virtual to face-to-face, the full fee will be charged at all times. If you complete your registration after the free cancellation deadline, no cancellations will be accepted, only replacements. If you need a replacement, please notify us as soon as possible by calling 514 393-9600, #21. Fees apply for non-members replacing members.
