Please note that, as part of the mandatory continuing education required by the Barreau du Québec and the Chambre des notaires du Québec, the participant chooses the training activities that are related to their practice. A certificate of attendance will be issued to you, but recognition by the provider is no longer required. It is up to the participant to declare his PD hours; the Barreau du Québec and the Chambre des notaires du Québec reserve the right to withdraw a training activity from the participant's file if it does not meet the objectives of their respective regulations.
