Topic:  Contractual Notice Provisions in Construction Contracts:  Risk Impacts, Strict Enforcement and the Effect of Waiver and Estoppel in Cases of Imperfect Compliance. 

This presentation will provide a brief overview of the key cases and conclusions set out in a paper published in the Journal of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers late last year (2019 J.C.C.C.L. 47) and will include suggestions for handling issues raised by notice provisions in contract drafting and enforcement.
