Navigating Bias: Charting a Course to a Healthier Legal Workplace
Lawyers make countless decisions at work every day. Some of those decisions are influenced by bias. In this interactive webinar, you will learn what bias is and how it can negatively impact employees, employers and organizations. Strategies to recognize and mitigate bias in the workplace, including training, policies and reporting systems, will also be discussed.
This webinar is designed for lawyers who are employees and for lawyers who are employers.
This webinar is part of CBA Alberta’s annual Alberta Lawyer Insight Series (ALIS).
WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 2024
