Bill 30 aims to address some of the challenges encountered in the PPCLA by clarifying adjucation timelines and defining final payment as well as expanding prompt payment and adjudication to the public construction sectors… but did it meet its objectives?  Join Barrie Marshall, KC and Adrianna Worman in an informative discussion about the impact the amendments have had to the Public Works Act, the Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act and adjudication.
