Artificial Intelligence in the Practice of Construction Law
Presented by the CBA Alberta Construction Law (South) Section
On Demand. Originally presented on Oct 20, 2025.
Artificial intelligence is reshaping the provision of legal services, and a clearer understanding of how it can assist the construction industry and lawyers on a day-to-day basis is emerging. Planning and executing construction projects in particular can involve multiple stakeholders, are document intensive, and require legal advice in real time. Managing construction disputes brings its own set of challenges, often involving large collections of records. Please join us as we share valuable insight from various users of AI in the construction realm, including inhouse and external construction lawyers and a document management service provider to discuss specific uses of AI to make your construction practice more efficient.
