Sexual Assault Law Update
Presented by the CBA Alberta Criminal Justice (North) Section
Sexual assault is a rapidly evolving area of criminal law. This meeting will provide an update on recent developments, including the following cases: R v Kinamore, 2025 SCC 19, R v TWW, 2024 SCC 19, R v Reimer, 2024 ONCA 519, R v AM, 2024 ONCA 661 and R v Bilinski, 2025 ABCA 270.
