We invite you to join Sanjiv Parmar, K.C.—a seasoned family and child custody lawyer and designated mediator—for a valuable discussion on the legal intersections between family law and immigration. Mr. Parmar was called to the Alberta Bar in 2011 and is also a former Bencher with the Law Society of Alberta. Following roles in private practice and as Crown Counsel with Alberta Justice, he founded Parmar Law in 2016. He brings extensive experience across several areas including family law, child welfare and representation, criminal law, domestic violence, immigration and refugee claims, and other areas.
