Learn about initiating and navigating the appraisal process and hear from the experts about the strategies they use to approach and resolve complex claims, which will enhance your ability to assist your clients with claims valuation through dispute resolution.

Robert Hsu (Public Adjuster, Sobel Adjusting)
John Valeriote (Executive General Adjuster & Director Appraisal and Claim Service, Crawford Global Technical Services)
Robert Hsu, Sobel Adjusting – Robert is a fully licensed public adjuster who serves as representative for insureds in dispute resolutions across Canada. Robert has a deep background in claims, having worked as an independent adjuster and in management at a large Canadian insurer, gaining extensive experience in claims handling, special investigations, mediation, arbitration and litigation.
John Valeriote, Crawford Global – John is as Executive General Loss Adjuster and the National Director of mediation and appraisal services for Crawford and represents insurers across Canada as their designated representative in dispute resolution proceedings. John also has extensive direct experience in claims adjusting, including in complex, large property and liability losses.
John and Robert bring their wealth of claims and adjusting experience to the dispute resolutions they participate in and are looking forward to sharing their knowledge and experience.
