Michael Greene, K.C. is one of the most well-known practitioners in immigration law in Canada. Business immigration intersects with employment law. He will be providing a crash course to our membership on some aspects of business immigration he thinks we should be aware of, including work permits, business visitor entry and pathways to permanent residence.
