Arbitrations: Best practice tips for counsel
Presented by the CBA Alberta Civil Litigation (North) Section
Come gain insight and wisdom about running an arbitration from one former Justice of the Court of King's Bench, now an arbitrator, and two lawyers who are both seasoned arbitrators. Topics will range from setting up, budgeting for, and paying for arbitrations, to evidence issues and rulings in arbitrations. The presenters will share their insights into the common problems and pet peeves that they see in their arbitrations.
