CBA Alberta Referendum Colloquium

As Albertans prepare to vote in the 2026 referendum, join practitioners with subject matter expertise in the relevant areas of law for a discussion of the legal issues raised by the referendum questions. Drawing on applicable legislation, legal principles, and case law, the colloquium will explore the legal context surrounding the questions and the potential implications of the issues being put to voters. The discussion is intended to provide information and perspective rather than advocate for any particular outcome, giving members additional context to consider before casting their vote.

Tara Pandes (Managing Lawyer, Odyssey Law)
