Join us for an interactive town hall discussion with the Alberta Court of Justice and justice system partners on best practices, court operations, and professionalism for family law practitioners.
This town hall, jointly hosted by the Alberta Court of Justice and the Canadian Bar Association – Alberta Branch Child and Youth (South) Section, will provide practitioners with an update on current best practices and operations for the Alberta Court of Justice. Representatives from Court Resolution Services, Court Clerks, the Trial Coordinator’s Office, Legal Aid, and FASCL will share insights into their roles and the practical impacts of recent procedural developments.
The Section meeting will discuss how the Family-Focused Protocol is impacting court operations and will emphasize best practices and promote a child-first approach.
