This webinar will explore practical strategies for internationally trained lawyers (ITLs) to build meaningful professional networks and navigate the Alberta legal landscape. Drawing on lived experience and insight, the session will address common challenges ITLs face and offer actionable guidance on integration, career development, and advancement within the profession. It will also highlight the value that diverse backgrounds bring to legal practice and how the profession can better support inclusive growth. Attendees will gain useful tools and perspectives to strengthen their professional journey or support others in doing so.
