View From the Bench
Presented by the CBA Alberta Family Law (North& South) Sections
Join us to hear directly from two presiding Justices of the Court of King’s Bench on their views on all things family law. We are pleased to hear from Justice J.L. Wilkins, one of our more recently appointed Justices, and a more experienced Justice, Justice G.D.B. Kendell. Both Justice G.D.B. Kendell and Justice J.L. Wilkins practiced primarily in family law and their insights are especially valuable to our members, having previously walked in our shoes.
