Top Tips to Successfully Navigate the Family Focused Protocol (FFP)

Presented by the CBA Alberta Family Law (North) Section

Get the most out of your experience with the FFP. Join this session to hear from speakers involved in each step of the FFP process: the clerks' office, the CMO group, and the judiciary. The participants will identify many of the common MIT package errors, guide you with respect to how to avoid them, and provide direction on what to expect during an MIT Conference and beyond. There will be an opportunity to share constructive feedback and ask general questions.

SPEAKERS

The Honourable Justice S. Kachur (Justice of the Court of King's Bench of Alberta)
Michelle L Pidhirney KC (Resolution Counsel, Court of King's Bench of Alberta)
Catrin Coe KC (Resolution Counsel, Court of King's Bench of Alberta)

Allison Green (Senior Deputy Clerk, Court of King's Bench of Alberta - Operations)
