Join us for an engaging and practical session with Duncan Paisley, Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Officer. This interactive discussion will provide valuable insight into port of entry processes and decision-making, helping you better navigate real-world scenarios your clients may face.
Topics will include work permit applications at the port of entry, correcting work permit errors, the practice and risks of flagpoling given updated guidance, Temporary Resident Permits (TRPs), Rehabilitation Applications, and key considerations surrounding Permanent Residency obligations.
Attendees will have the opportunity to gain clarity on complex procedural issues directly from an experienced officer.
