Creditor-driven CCAAs have seen an uptick in use in recent years and continue to rise in popularity. This Section meeting will include a look into the legal basis for creditor-driven CCAAs, a review of recent cases, and discussion of the practical considerations for practitioners involved in such proceedings, including monitor’s granted enhanced powers. Featuring Tiffany Bennett and Dana Gaspar, join us for a discussion of the evolution of creditor-driven CCAAs and beyond.
