In an era where sensitive company information is often just a click away, the risk of misuse or improper disclosure by employees or former employers is an increasing concern. This presentation dives into the key legal frameworks that govern confidentiality obligations for current and former employees, including contractual, common law and fiduciary obligations. It will also cover legal actions and remedies that may be available when those obligations are breached.
