AI in the Workplace: Emerging Trends & Key Legal Issues for Labour and Employment Lawyers

This session will explore the many ways AI-related issues are emerging in labour and employment law, including workplace AI policies, AI-generated workplace complaints, AI-assisted hiring practices, workplace accommodations, grievances and discussions at the bargaining table. We will also discuss how AI is changing the practice of law for labour and employment lawyers, including legal research, practice management, the use of AI by clients and self-represented litigants and AI-generated pleadings and written submissions.
