WCB Refresher - Key Issues and Developments

Many labour and employment lawyers engage with the Workers Compensation Act or the WCB in their practices. Our speakers will identify key developments in this area including how to address jurisdictional issues where a grievance and WCB claim overlap. This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers to hear from union side counsel, and the WCB's legal counsel on issues that they will likely encounter in their practices.
