Wetlands in Municipalities – Ownership and Municipal Processes

Professor Emerita Kwasniak will immerse us in ways to think about wetlands in municipalities.  She’ll share her research about the murky area of Crown ownership of wetlands, and talk about its significant implications for both municipalities and landowners.
