Join us for a retrospective on the state of privacy and data legislative reform, federally and across Canadian provinces, including: the increasing focus on data sovereignty considerations; new guidance from privacy regulatory authorities on topics such as anonymization, biometrics, and youth privacy; practice themes and regulatory expectations regarding security incident response, access requests, and the intersection of privacy and AI; enforcement trends related to Canada's anti-spam legislation; and key privacy litigation developments.
