In this presentation, Jos will be reviewing the building, growth and exit of legal practices from a tax perspective. The discussion will include tax tips and traps, tax planning considerations, exit, retirement, and estate considerations. Also included will be a discussion on strategies for common organizational forms of practice in an SSGP context.
