Insolvency and Estates

We are pleased to have three members from Faber Insolvency Trustees provide a presentation and enter into discussions related to a number of practical topics that will prove to be helpful as we assist personal representatives in dealing with insolvent or near-insolvent estates.  

Topics for discussion will be:

• Executor responsibility prior to and during the bankruptcy administration
• The bankruptcy process
• Protection for beneficiaries
• Treatment of assets
• Income tax implications for beneficiaries and the bankrupt estate
