Synopsis

Bullying, harassment and sexual harassment have long been issues for employers. While human nature likely has not changed, more workers are availing themselves of both new and old tools to protect themselves from the effect of bad behaviours of co-workers and supervisors. The result can and does leave employers wondering what their rights are and what they can do to protect themselves. We will review what the real issues and liabilities are and give concrete steps employers can take to minimize the risks.

We will also set aside some time for general employment law-related questions.
