Synopsis

Most businesses require technology as part of their operations - from word processing software solutions to supply chain management solutions to communications platforms, and almost everything else. Technology contracts may consume a small part of your practice, but those contracts have their own characteristics and nuances that make them different from other commercial contracts.

Kelsey Franks and Kate Goddard, two experienced and savvy technology lawyers, share how to navigate technology contracts, key clauses, and considerations, so you can better advise your clients.
