Synopsis
Starting a new firm is no easy task but even more difficult (and crucial) is leading and growing the firm in its early years. Carla Bekkering shares her experiences and perspectives in guiding and growing her firm in its early years, focusing on issues including workload management, hiring practices, and business development.
