David McDonald and Tony Glavin present on recent trends in labour law and workplace law, and how these are impacting in-house counsel in British Columbia. They look at the role of unions in representing employees and provide an update on recent trends in collective bargaining, high-profile labour disputes, and emerging patterns in labour law and workplace law.
