How these come together can shape our interactions as lawyers. Attend this session to uncover the impact your experience has on the people around you and how this understanding of yourself and others can help you build more effective client relationships.

About Monique Nicholas
Monique has a background in communications and is passionate about using storytelling and relationship-building to facilitate community action. She is energized by grassroots-led movements, embedding equity into our policies, and the intersection of arts and advocacy. She lives, works, and swims on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded land of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations.
About Florence Li
Florence Li (she/her) is an educator with a background in grassroots organizing and anti-racist advocacy. From facilitating in college classrooms and community settings to parenting two young children, she strives to cultivate safer spaces that allow for curiosity and critical thinking to thrive. Through building civic literacy and knowledge sharing, she hopes to inspire participants to incite systemic change.
