Craig Bavis, Partner at Victory Square Law Office LLP, explores age discrimination from the employee and union perspective, including the recent case Okanagan College v. Okanagan College Faculty Association. Lynsey Gaudin, Partner at MLT Aikins, examines the issue from the employer side. Rounding out the discussion, Margaret Young, Founder of Age Knowable Consulting, provides an overview of international human rights for older adults, including work at the UN to create a convention on the rights of older people.
