ABOUT OUR GUEST SPEAKER
About Arlene Henry, KC

Arlene has been practicing law since 1986 and mediating since 1998. She is a multi-accredited civil and family law mediator. Her dispute resolution practice focuses on the restructuring of families resulting from separation and divorce, wills and estate challenges, elder care and management and unwinding of closely held businesses.
ACKNOWLEDGING FIRST NATIONS TERRITORIES
This recording is hosted by CBABC, which is located on the traditional and unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples, including the Squamish, Tsleil-Waututh and Musqueam First Nations. We encourage our members to explore the rich history and knowledge of Indigenous people, and to continue learning about their experience in Canada, past and present.
