SYNOPSIS

As AI becomes more common in legal research, mastering essential research skills and learning how to confidently incorporate AI into your workflow is key. Join Nolan Hurlburt, Yu-Sen (Sam) Zhai, and Husayn Jamal to discuss and compare legal research AI with general-purpose AI, highlighting where each fits. They also share key considerations for firm policies, confidentiality, and data retention when using commercial versus public AI tools for legal research.

ACKNOWLEDGING FIRST NATIONS TERRITORIES

This rebroadcast is hosted by CBABC, which is located on the traditional and unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples, including the Squamish, Tsleil-Waututh and Musqueam First Nations. We encourage our members to explore the rich history and knowledge of Indigenous people, and to continue learning about their experience in Canada, past and present.
