SYNOPSIS
A healthier legal culture depends on open dialogue. The instinct to internalize struggles with mental health, for fear of losing credibility with peers or clients, creates a sense of isolation. In reality, lawyers of all years of practice experience these same burdens.
Staying silent isn’t helping anyone. Leaders in law speak honestly about the line between advocacy and bullying, anxiety’s impact and offer suggestions to achieve mental well-being.
